We start the year with the news that MSConsultors has been awarded the public tender to provide the technical assistance service to review, implement and maintain the self-protection plans of different operations of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC). Of the six lots that went out to tender, MSConsultors was the best economic and technical offer for lots 1, 2 and 5.
Thus, during the next four years, we will carry out various actions in the different operations of FGC.
We will provide technical assistance to review, implement and maintain the self-protection plans of the metropolitan railway lines: Barcelona-Vallès and Llobregat-Anoia.
Regarding the Barcelona-Vallès line, we are talking about a total line length of more than 50 km, 37 stations and 3 funicular stations.
Regarding the Llobregat-Anoia line, the total length of the line is 98 km of passenger service and 40 km of freight service and 41 stations.
We will provide technical assistance to review, implement and maintain the PAUs of the Rubí and Martorell Operational Centers
We will support the operational centers of Rubí, made up of 13 buildings/facilities, and Martorell, which has 5 buildings/facilities, to review, implement and maintain the self-protection plans.
We will provide the necessary technical assistance to review, implement and maintain the Vallter 2000 self-protection plan
This resort has almost 20 km of skiable slopes spread over 14 ski slopes, with a leisure park and 5 freeride slopes. It has 11 mechanical lifts, 86 snow sprinklers and a water pond.
For each of these facilities, we will create the new document in accordance with the index of Annex II of Decree 30/2015. Specifically:
- Document 1. Identification of the facility
- Document 2. Inventory and description of emergency resources and measures
- Document 3. Action manual
- Document 4. Implementation, maintenance and updating
In addition, we will carry out a series of actions:
- Updating human resources and telephone directory.
- Updating the descriptive part based on possible reforms, incorporation of new buildings and/or facilities and updating of possible associated changes in the risk analysis and evacuation routes.
- Improvements as a result of the drills.
- Changes in external risks due to changes in the building’s environment or updates and revisions of the Administration’s civil protection plans.
- Emergency training
- Simulations
